We are Wegner Express GmbH and have been active in the logistics industry since 2019. Our goal is to grow together with our team and bring out the best in every employee. We currently operate at our locations in Kassel, Leipzig and Bielefeld.
We are a multicultural company. That is why it is important to us to reduce language barriers and involve every employee. Everyone should be able to understand our processes and procedures if they are willing to work together with us.
Our goal is to deliver very good quality every day in last-mile logistics. That is why we put great effort into a clean introduction, starting from onboarding and continuing until your first working day.
As a driver, you will work with one of our company vehicles. Depending on your assignment, the vehicle may be taken home. You will deliver packages every day and refuel the vehicle at the specified times. A scanner will be provided to you with the most important apps for your daily work:
- Time tracking
- Amazon Flex app for your route and next stop
- Mentor for recording driving behaviour
- ClearQuote for vehicle checks and damage detection
These apps are used every day and are easy to operate. Your first working day will initially be an online training session.
After permanent employment, there will be different contact persons for you: HR / Personnel department, Fleet department, Tour / Dispatcher, and Station. All of them will support you with your topics.
Please note: A valid driving licence is required for the driver position.
